Smoothie Recipe

A healthy and easy snack!

Smoothie’s don't always need to have certain ingredients and measurements. As long as you have something frozen (such as fruit or ice), a liquid (juice, milk, water), and some yogurt, they will be tasty! I always throw in a banana for some sweetness and potassium.

Here is a yummy smoothy with hidden greens. Trust me- you won't taste the spinach or kale!


  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup yogurt

  • 1/2 cup juice

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • handful of spinach

  • chunk of kale

  • extra liquid if needed


  1. Put all ingredients into blender

  2. Check that the blender is turned off before you plug it in!

  3. Blend on high until all ingredients are combined

  4. Pour and enjoy!
