Plum Cobbler


PLUM COBBLER

Ingredients

2# fresh plums, pitted and quartered
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
3/8 cup white sugar (6 tbsp)
1/4 cup melted butter (4tbsp)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten

Method:

1. Arrange plums in a lightly greased 8x8 baking dish; sprinkle with brown sugar.
2. Combine flour, white sugar and cinnamon; then add egg, stirring with fork until crumbly.
3. Sprinkle flour mixture evenly over brown sugar and plums
4. Drizzle with butter; bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes.

note: margarine can be substituted for butter
