CROSS COUNTRY:
There will be a brief meeting today for any students interested in joining the NSMS cross country team. Please meet with Mr. Loenen and Ms. Carruthers in the MPR at recess.
TOUCH RUGBY:
Touch Rugby practice today from 3:15 - 4pm. Please check the Athletics webpage on the NSMS site for more information. Game times will be posted soon.
ULTIMATE FRISBEE:
Today after school come and throw the frisbee around (if you have signed up for Touch Rugby that takes priority)

Interested in joining the GVYRS Middle School Rowing League? There's still time! There will be a meeting tomorrow, Friday, in the MPR at recess. The team is open to grade 6, 7 and 8. You can find sign-up information on the athletics website or come talk to Ms. Coppen in room 207. If you have already signed up for the team please check your email regularly for information from your coaches. Go Hawks!
