Intramurals: Attention Divisions 5, 8, 9, and 1:
You're all in the semi-finals which are today and tomorrow at lunch. The winners of the 2 games will meet on Monday for the championship! Look at the schedule in the atrium and gym for details.
Floor hockey players!
Don't forget to sign up in the atrium if you want to play in the next lunchtime league.
Craft Club:
Meeting today at lunch in the Art room. Any students who have unfinished art projects are welcome to come in too!
Tech Crew:
There is no Tech Crew meeting this week.
Mountain Bike Club:
This week's ride is tomorrow. Remember to sign in online before tomorrow, please. We'll likely ride up Waterworks, then work our way across the mountain before coming down Who's Your Daddy & Night Shift. GO HAWKS!
Track & Field Practices:
Track practice today after school at Parkland. The first meet is next Thursday at UVic.
Grade 8 rugby players:
Practice today after school. Away game tomorrow, leaving at 2:20 pm.
Boys 6/7 Rugby Team:
Away game today at Royal Oak. Parent pick up will be at 2:30.
Gauss Math Contest:
Congratulations to the 75 students who have signed up to write the Gauss contest. There is an optional prep session tomorrow at lunch in the art room for any students wanting to practice or get help with any questions from past contests.
Yearbook Orders:
Be sure to get your order in by Friday as NO LATE ORDERS will be accepted!
Parkland’s Talent Showcase & Art Gallery:
Come out and support former NSMS students at the Parkland Showcase on Thursday, May 2nd at 7 pm. Tix are $5 each and can be purchased at the Parkland office at lunch or at the door the night of. Proceeds will support the 2019 Grad class.
