Tech Crew:
The next 3 meetings are really important for all Tech Crew helping with, or wanting to help with Showcase. We'll be filling a few open jobs at today's meeting, as well as getting ready for the BIG SHOW!
Craft Club:
Come to the art room at lunch today to paint, draw, bead, knit and do clay. Mrs. Marshall will also be sharing drawing tips for doing yearbook covers too! Bring your lunch.
Lunchtime Soccer:
Today's indoor soccer game is Div 7 vs Div 8.
Grade 8 Boys Rugby:
Grade 8 boys rugby team has a practice after school today. Bring your forms package!
Grade 6 & 7 Boys Rugby:
The boys 6/7 rugby team will practice today and Friday after school from 3:15-4:15. Bring mouth guard and cleats.
Fast & Female Event:
Glenlyon Norfolk School is pleased to host a Fast and Female event Friday May 17 where female students will have the opportunity to engage in an inspirational Chat and Q&A with our Fast and Female Ambassadors, dance, get autographs, and more! Participants will enjoy high-quality face-to-face time with female athlete role models such as Elite, varsity and Olympians.
The goals of Champ Chats are:
Socialize in a non-competitive environment.
Be inspired by female role models.
Experience and encourage varied physical literacy.
Have fun! Celebrate girls and women in sport.
Keep girls healthy, happy, and active in sports.
