Welcome Back!!
Lunchtime Soccer:
Today at lunch is a grade 8 soccer day. Check the schedule in the grade 8 hall to see the teams. Tomorrow is Div 9 vs Div 6.
Grade 8 Boys Rugby:
There is a grade 8 rugby practice today after school. The next practice is Wed. Same time, same place.
Mountain Bike Club:
Students wanting to join the Mountain Bike Club need to attend a short meeting at Lunch today in the Computer Lab to organize for the first 2 rides. Our first ride is this week.
Grade 6 & 7 Boys Rugby:
The boys 6/7 rugby team will practice on Wednesday and Friday after school from 3:15-4:15. Bring mouth guard and cleats.
Fast & Female Event:
Glenlyon Norfolk School is pleased to host a Fast and Female event Friday May 17 where female students will have the opportunity to engage in an inspirational Chat and Q&A with our Fast and Female Ambassadors, dance, get autographs, and more! Participants will enjoy high-quality face-to-face time with female athlete role models such as Elite, varsity and Olympians.
The goals of Champ Chats are:
Socialize in a non-competitive environment.
Be inspired by female role models.
Experience and encourage varied physical literacy.
Have fun! Celebrate girls and women in sport.
Keep girls healthy, happy, and active in sports.
