North Saanich Soccer Team:
The North Saanich Soccer Team will have its last game today. Players are to meet in Mr. Greaves Room at recess to discuss rides to today's game. Players are asked to leave class at 2:25 to quickly get changed and then to meet in Mr. Greaves Room. Parent drivers are to meet in Mr. Greaves class at 2:30 for our game at Spencer Middle school.
Tech Crew:
There will be a SHORT but important Tech Crew meeting TODAY during RECESS in the Computer Lab.
Grade 6/7 Boys Basketball:
There will be a grade 6/7 boys basketball practice after school on Wednesday, Oct. 17 from 3:15 - 4:20 PM. Everyone is welcome!
Drama Club:
Next meeting is Thursday at lunch on the stage.
The Great BC ShakeOut
NSMS will be participating in The Great British Columbia ShakeOut earthquake drill on Thursday, 18 October at 10:18 am. Millions of people worldwide will practice how to “Drop, Cover and Hold On” during this yearly earthquake drill.
Sidney/North Saanich Library Teen Advisory Group:
Teens ages 13 - 18 years, looking for an interesting volunteer opportunity are invited to join the Sidney/North Saanich Library Teen Advisory Group. Work on special library and community projects, meet other teens, develop leadership skills, boost your resume, earn volunteer hours and have fun. The group runs from October - June with at least one Saturday morning meeting a month.
