If any grade 8 students would like to sing at the Grade 8 Farewell please see Mr. Russell and Ms. Sousa. We will be selecting one student to sing O'Canada and another to sing a song at the end of the ceremony.
A round of applause goes out to Quinn, Eva, and Kaysha for their outstanding races in the 2000 m. final on Wednesday afternoon at UVic. A standing ovation goes out to Ruby Broadbent who ran her heart out and ended up coming in second in the grade 6 Girls's event. There will be a mandatory meeting for all City Championship Qualifiers next Tuesday at lunch in Ms. Wheatley's classroom. There will also be one last practice Tuesday after school at Parkland
Grade 8 leadership will be running a game of octopus tag in the gym during afternoon recess for grade 6 and 7 students.
