Week 1
DODGE BALL:
Congratulations to the Bintina Crew (Liam, Max, Payton and Anna) who won the grade 7 dodge ball final yesterday by beating The Mutts!
The next intra mural is indoor soccer. The grade 6/7s will be playing in their class groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays. As with hand ball, the team with the most players will get an extra TWO points even if they lose their game.
Grade 8 indoor soccer will be a sign up. Mr. Chambers will put you in teams for next weeks opening games. Interested players may sign up Tue-Thurs this week in the gym.
Today will be an open gym at lunch. One volleyball net will be set up for a pick up game.
CANTEEN:
Tuesday's
volunteers are Kai and Ciara, $5.00 lunch combo Baked Lasagna with
garlic toast juice and brownie.
Wednesday's menu, Perogies and
Sloppy Joes with veggies, volunteers Megan and Tyesha.
Thursday
$5.00 combo, hotdog, chips, juice and treat.
VOLLEYBALL:
Important meeting for the grade 7/8 girls volleyball team. Please meet in Ms. Mazzocchi's classroom (room 201) after the eating period for information about tomorrow's games
Grade 8's will be eating at 11:30 in the MPR, then meet in your classroom at 12:15 to head over to Parkland. Grade 8 FAAS teachers will need to meet their classes at Parkland for block 4.
