Canteen:
Today, canteen will be serving Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Chicken Nugeets with veggies and Caesar salads. Volunteers are Steph and Jessica. Tuesday's $5.00 combo Pasta Alfredo, juice and brownie volunteers Olivia and Kirsten. Thursday's $5.00 combo Hotdog, chips, juice and treat, volunteers Quinn and David
Track&Field:
There will be a practice today after school at Parkland. Also, if you are planning on participating in the Track Meet at UVic tomorrow, there is a MANDATORY meeting after the eating period today in Mrs. Carruthers room.
School Bike League:
All School Bike League members who are attending today's BMX race at the Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre need to tell Mr. Caley that you will be attending.
Floor Hockey:
In the WHL 6/7 floor hockey league today we have Victoria vs Prince George and in the NHL, it's Detroit vs Montreal. Make sure you remind your team mates about the games! Also, this Friday the WORLD CHAMPION teachers will play the 1st place 6/7 team. Next Friday the WORLD CHAMPION teachers will play the 1st place grade 8 team.
YAC:
How can you make a stand for those who cannot speak for themselves? Take the Vow of Silence, this Friday, May 22. Buy your pledge in the atrium during recess all this week for $2.
