Grade 7 boys rugby team practice today till 4 meet at school at 8:15 tomorrow morning for day long jamboree. Drivers?????
Track practice after school today and Wednesday. Meet at Parkland at 3:20. High Jump practice Wednesday at 8:15.
The May 11th meet at UVIC is quickly approaching. If you have not yet handed in your forms, please do so asap. There will be a mandatory meeting on Thursday after the eating period in Room 208. Students planning on competing in the May 11th meet MUST attend.
All School Bike League members who are planning to ride in today's Cyclocross Race at Bear Mountain need to tell Mr. Caley. There is a map on the School Bike League web page giving clear directions to the race site.
Intra Mural floor hockey begins tomorrow (Wednesday). Schedules and teams lists are up throughout the school. Make sure you check so you know when your next game is played. Because there are so many teams, we will split the gym for league games and then play full gym for the playoffs. Feel free to bring your own street hockey pads for playing goal. Masks are mandatory for goalies! Any interested referees should see Mr. Chambers.
Meeting for all YAC members at lunch today during the eating period in the resource room. Please bring your lunches.
The grade 6 rugby team has a meeting in Mr. Cooper's room after the lunch eating time to discuss the jamboree at SMU tomorrow. Attendance is mandatory.
Today canteen will be serving BLT Cheddar Wraps, Chicken Caesar Tortellia Bowls, volunteers are Sarah and Anna. Wednesday's $5.00 combo grilled pita with veggies, brownie and juice, volunteers Melissa and Kaitlyn. Thursday's $5.00 hotdog, chips and juice and treat, volunteers David and Quinn.
Important reminders for Tech Crew members:
tomorrow, the 3 Tech Crew members helping with the Grade 5 Transition need to start setting up in the gym promptly at 9:00.
Thursday's meeting will focus on starting the Showcase set up and on the skit
On Friday, we have an after school rehearsal for all Tech Crew that are helping with the Wednesday Showcase Performance
Also on Friday, we need your help on stage throughout the day. Please try to arrange a time where you can spend one block helping set up for Showcase
It's important that all Tech Crew members do their very best to be at Thursday's meeting.
