Track & Field:
There will be an extra practice for all Track and Field athletes who are participating in the 4X100m or the 4X400m or the long and triple jump events this Monday at 2 pm at Parkland. Yes, this is a Non-Instructional Day, but if you can get yourselves there, your coaches will be happy to provide more support and guidance in these events.
Also, you MUST get your forms in to Ms. Carruthers by the end of the day today. Give it to her or Ms. Wheatley personally, or put it into the envelope outside of Ms. Carruthers' room.
