Pink Shirt Anti -Bullying Day is now a GLOBAL event!
Students all across the world will be showing their support for this very important cause by wearing the colour PINK on Wednesday, February 25th.
What's that...you don't own anything PINK? No problem! Come see Ms. Wheatley in her classroom because she has some awesome t-shirts for sale for $10 each.
Showcase:
Students wanting to Audition for Showcase need to sign up for an Audition Time outside the LC & also pick up both Performer information sheets. Auditions are approaching quickly - you should be practicing your act now!
Today there is an open gym at lunch time.
Lunch Activities:
Tomorrow, however, there is a challenge game between between the grade 8 boys and the grade 8 girls volleyball teams.
That's right, we'll finally settle the age old question: 'how much better are girls than boys at volleyball?'.
Do the boys stand a chance?
Look at one now. Does he look nervous?
Come out and cheer on your favourite grade 8 team!
Grade 6/7 girls - your turn to play the boys will be next week!Looking for something to do at lunch? Grade 8 leaders will be in the multipurpose room organizing ping pong tournaments on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Please line up outside the MPR and wait to be asked in.
Lost
and Found:
Just a reminder that lost and found items are on
display in the atrium all this week. Unclaimed items will be donated
after school on February 19th. Small items like jewellery,
eyeglasses, watches and keys can be claimed at the office.
