Book Fair! Book Fair! Book Fair!

The Book Fair starts this week! Come to the LC to check it out during lunch, recess and after school starting Thursday. Bring your Family out for the Family Night Event on Thursday (both before and after the Winter Band Concert) - Great prizes to be won. One lucky student in each class will also win a Golden Ticket for $5.00 to spend at the book fair.

Canteen:

Wednesday and Thursday's canteen will feature a $5.00 combo. Wednesday, Hotdog, Chips and juice, volunteers Quinn and Simon. Thursday, Grilled Pita and Tzatziki, juice and brownie.

Music Makers:

The musicmakers will have a booth set up in the atrium today at lunch for students who would like to make a song request for the Christmas social. Stop by and submit your requests to musicmakers Warren and CJ.

FROM OUR NSMS COMMUNITY BUILDERS:

CRAZY CHRISTMAS DAY! Come on out and dress holiday themed -On Friday, December 12, 2014 Wear anything from reindeer antlers to Christmas lights And of course ugly sweaters.

Holiday Music:

If you are a piano player and would like to contribute to the festive feel of the school in the morning by playing piano in the atrium please see Mr. Russell.

Toys for Tots:

Div. 7 will be selling candy-cane-o-grams all week in the atrium at recess. Buy one for your friend, your sweetie, your teacher, or even yourself! Candy canes will be delivered Wednesday next week. 50 cents each. All profits will be used to purchase teen appropriate gifts for Toys for Tots. Thanks for your support!

YAC:

YAC Poster colourers, please meet in the Resource Room today at lunch (activity period). This includes Aria, Star, Tar, Aliyah, Kylee, Simy, Aimee, Kaysha, and Lena please! All others welcome!

Grade 8 Girls Basketball Team:

There is meeting on Friday at lunch in the Home Ec. Room for their year end celebration. Players are reminded to hand in their uniforms to Mr. Russell this week.
