Morning Announcements for
Canteen:
Wednesday volunteers are Melissa and Kaitlyn, we will be serving Chicken Caesar Wraps and Turkey Tacos.
Thursday's $5.00 combo meal will be Lasagna served with garlic bread, juice and a brownie.
Global Gala:
"The Stelly’s Secondary Global Perspectives program is hosting their annual Global Gala, Thursday November 20th, from 5-9pm. This evening of entertainment, refreshments, and silent auction is the main fundraising event for the grade twelve students’ trip to Fiji in March to build an elementary school. Tickets are $15, and are available for purchase at the door. Come out and support a great cause!"
Grade 8 Boys Basketball: Practice is cancelled on Thursday morning as a result of the gym being set up for our remembrance Day Assembly. Grade 8 boys will have a meeting in the art room at 12:00 Noon.
Dance:
There is no hip hop dance today at lunch. The stage is in use for preparations for the Remembrance Day Ceremony. Practices will start again next Wednesday. Thanks! See you next week!
Grade 8 bandies: please bein the band room tomorrow at 9AM to prepare for the Remembrance Day ceremony. Please remember your concert uniform, including blue vest.
Choir
There WILL be a choir practice tomorrow at lunchtime. New members are still more than welcome to attend.
NSMS Swim Team:
There is an important information letter for all students who would like to participate on the NSMS swim team this year. Please come to Mrs. Timmermans' room today or tomorrow to pick up the letter.
