With the New Year comes new opportunities for NSMS students:
Grade 6 Band: New grade 6 band members may join now. Tuesday, January 7th is the first Band practice at 8:30 a.m. This would be a good time for any Grade 6 students who are thinking about joining band to come and sit in on a lesson. We especially have room for tenor or baritone saxophone players or trombone and baritone players.
Extracurricular:
Volleyball: Teams are now forming. Listen carefully to announcements this week to find out when and where you need to meet.
Choir: Choir is back at North Saanich! Mme. Robillard is holding a introductory meeting this Thursday, January 9th, at lunchtime for all boys (yes, boys) and girls who are interested.
NSMS Dance Troupe: Practices are on Wednesdays at lunch during eating period on the stage. Any newcomers please come to a meeting on Tuesday at lunch in the Art Room to get important information from Mrs. Chambers.
