The grade 8 leadership group, playground pals, with be setting up ping pong tables in the multipurpose room on Wednesday's and Friday'sat lunch starting tomorrow. Come on in after the eating period and check it out.

If you are a cadet and would like to take part in our school Remembrance Day Assembly please let Mr. Russell know this week.

It's WE SCARE HUNGER food drive time, North Saanich! From now until Nov. 8th, bring as much non-perishable food as possible and keep track in your homeroom classes. Challenge another division and we'll see who brings in the most. A special treat will be delivered to the winning class. We are kids helping kids in our community.

Basketball:
There will be a grade 7/8 Recreation Practice Thursday after school from 3:20-4:30.
Grade 6/7 Boys basketball practices this week will be Thursday morning 7:45 and Friday after school 3:20-4:30.

There will be a brief meeting /sign up for the North Saanich swim team at 12:05 in Mrs. Timmermans room (103) on Wednesday. The season starts early this year, mid-November, and runs until spring break. Please come to the meeting to find out more. There will be an information sheet to take home and share with parents.

Canteen will be serving ...Baked Macaroni and cheese and Mexican roast chicken Quesadillas. Today's volunteers are Tanner Wort and Drew MacFadyne. Thursday's $5.00 Spooktacular lunch combo hotdog, ships, chocolate milk and a special treat. Thursday's volunteers are Taylor Fenton and Mackenzie Valgarson.
