Week 1

Canteen: Tuesday's volunteers are Chenoa Isaacs and Alexia Wakefield. Today we will be serving Sloppy Joes with baked fries, and mini pizzas. Wednesday we are serving baked mac and chees and mexican roast chicken quesadillas. On Thursday there will be a Spooktacular lunch combo: hotdog, chips, chocolate milk and a special treat.

The grade 8 leadership group, playground pals, with be setting up ping pong tables in the multipurpose room on Wednesday's and Friday'sat lunch starting tomorrow. Come on in after the eating period and check it out.

Youth in Action Club (YAC) meeting time has changed just for this week. Please come to room 102 after the eating period TODAY! We'll be back to our usual Wed. meetings next week.

It's WE SCARE HUNGER food drive time, North Saanich! From now until Nov. 8th, bring as much non-perishable food as possible and keep track in your homeroom classes. Challenge another division and we'll see who brings in the most. A special treat will be delivered to the winning class. We are kids helping kids in our community.

Basketball:
There will be a meeting at lunch today (11:52)for ALL grade 7 and 8 boys Recreational players in the ART ROOM.
There will be a grade 7/8 Recreation Practice on Wednesday morning at 7:45 and Thursday after school from 3:20-4:30.
Grade 6/7 Boys basketball practices this week will be Thursday morning 7:45 and Friday after school 3:20-4:30.
