Dear Parents and Students:
Tonight's announcement from the BC Health Authority announcing that there is a ban on events of greater than 250 people means that we can not proceed with this years' Viking Cup hockey game. I have been in touch with the Panorama Recreation Centre and the School District, and we do not have any options but to follow the orders and cancel the game. We are all disappointed, but we must follow the directions of the health experts to keep our children and community safe in these uncertain times.
Tomorrow is still an early dismissal day at NSMS, so our buses will be bringing students home at 2:00 PM.
I will share more information from the district on COVID 19 tomorrow.
