Grade 6 & 7 Adventure Squad:

Grade 6 and 7 Adventure Squad members please join us in the Resource Room at lunch today for hot chocolate and Ugly Sweater Cookie decorating!  Bring your lunch and holiday spirit! Attendance is optional.

 

Tech Crew:

Wednesday Lunch Rehearsal:  We'll be practicing pages 1 - 5 with: Hana, Ashley, Amanat, Isaaaaaccccc, Kali, Liam D, Rafael, Beckett, Kali, Jesse.  Please be on time!

 

From the Musicmakers: 

The correct answer to Monday's song contest is Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree by Brenda Lee, released in 1958. She was 13 years old when she recorded the song. The winner of a Hershey's candy cane and cream chocolate bar is Ivy in Div. 2! Come down to room 104 and collect your prize. Be sure to listen to today's song just before lunch and then enter at musicmaker headquarters for your chance to win.

 

Victoria Royals Tickets:

If you would like a free student ticket to the December 27th or December 28th Royals game please pick up a certificate at the office. Students need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

Candy Cane Cafe Tickets:

Candy Cane Cafe tickets on sale until tomorrow, Dec. 18 in the atrium during lunch. For $2, you get a San Pellegrino and a plate of goodies to enjoy during the winter social (Friday, Dec. 20th). This year the Candy Cane Cafe will be pre-bought tickets only, so make sure you don’t miss out!

 

Christmas Spirit Day:

On Thursday the Community Builders are hosting a Christmas Spirit Day.  We’d love it if you would dress Christmassy! There will be a few Tech Crew members walking around taking photos.  A group photo will be held in the gym during lunch break. Hope you dress up! 

 

Friday Pizza:

Please note that there will be NO pizza this Friday, December 20th.  Please remember a lunch!

 

Swim Team:

Unfortunately we will not be able to run a swim team this year. Island Swimming is having trouble finding enough coaches and pool time for us to practice on a regular basis. Thank you to all the students who came to Mrs. Timmermans to sign up.
