Our neighbours, the Highway Christian Fellowship Church, have assembled six backpacks that they would like our school to distribute to NSMS families in need of financial support to have a Thanksgiving turkey meal this weekend. The backpacks have a gift card for groceries. If you are interested in one of these backpacks please send Mr. Russell a confidential email at krussell@saanichschools.ca or call him at the school (250-656-1129). Mr. Russell will arrange for you to pick up the backpack on Friday. Your name will not be shared with anyone else.
We only have six backpacks, so they will be distributed on a first-come base.
