Mountain Bike Club:

Ride tomorrow . Remember to sign in online, please. We'll likely ride up Waterworks, then work our way across the mountain before coming down Who's Your Daddy & Night Shift. GO HAWKS!


Gauss Math:

Tomorrow is our final Gauss prep session before the contest next Wednesday. If you would like to go over any questions or just want a quiet place to work on past contests, come to Ms. Carruthers' room AFTER the eating period on Thursday. Watch the announcements for more info about the contest next week.


Dancers:

Meet on the stage tomorrow after the lunch eating period. Btw - you are awesome!


School Photo Day:

Today is school photo day. All students will receive a class photo at no charge.  Students can purchase an 8 x 10 Whole School Group Photo for $10.  Order forms can be picked up at the office.

 

Lunchtime Intramurals:

This week is open gym at lunch.  Any floor hockey players who have managed to 'forget' to sign up in the last 2 weeks can still do so in the atrium.  


Boys 6/7 Rugby Team:

Home game against SMUS today.  Next Thursday, May 16th, will be the day-long end of season jamboree which is $10 per player.  Lunch is provided.

 

Track & Field

If you are planning on competing either this Thursday or next Monday, you must see Ms. Mazzocchi immediately to fill out your 'Intent to Compete' form. This must be completed the day before the meet.

Thursday Meet:

Track Events: 800 m, 200 m, 2000 m

Field Events: Girls - long jump, shot put. Boys - 6/7 high jump, discus

Monday Meet:

Track Events: 100 m

Field Events: Girls - triple jump, 8 high jump. Boys - triple jump, 8 high jump

 

KAZ Basketball Camp:

KAZ Basketball is holding a FREE camp on May 19th @ Iroquois Park from 11am-3pm for boys and girls in Grades 6-9.  See the school website for more information.

 

Reminder:

This Friday, May 10th, is a non-instructional day.
