Would the following students meet Mr. Newlove and Ms. Jones in Room 209 during Recess today to discuss the Skills Canada Competition on 8 March: Brody P, Riley G, Denby S, Aidan C, Josh G, Sumiko C, Mia P, Saul R, Isaac P, Noah A, Caleb B.
Viking Cup:
Grade 8 players please return their permission slips and confirm with Mr. Russell that they are playing in the game. All grade 7 hockey players interested in potentially playing in the game please meet today at 12:05 in the Art Room. We will have a draw of all those interested grade 7's to fill out the student roster.
Indoor Soccer:
Today's indoor soccer game is between Div 1 and Div 2.
Grade 8 soccer players need to sign up by the gym if you want to play in a grade 8 league.
Grade 8 Boys Rugby:
No rugby practice today after school.
Girls Rugby:
Reminder to all girls that there is a rugby practice today after school. Please meet in the MPR at 3:15. If you can not attend today please Mrs. Stofer.
Tech Crew:
There is a meeting after school today on the Stage.
Showcase:
Reminder to all students that Showcase is fast approaching. Please be sure to sign up for an audition on the bulletin board outside Mrs Marshall's classroom. Auditions start tomorrow!
Grade 6 & 7 Boys Rugby:
Any boys in grade 6 and 7 that are interested in playing RUGBY at NSMS, practice tomorrow 3:15-4:15. Meet in MPR in gym strip. Any questions contact Mr. Greaves.
Grade 8 Boys Volleyball:
There is a practice tomorrow for grade 8 boys volleyball in preparation for Monday's jamboree. It will be our last jamboree and we are hosting! All Hawks are welcome to come cheer us on!
Swim Team:
Tomorrow is the last swim practice for the NSMS swim team.
Volleyball T-Shirts:
Orders are in! Any player who ordered a personalized t-shirt please pick up your order from Ms. Mazzocchi in room 201.
Let’s Talk Science
Any students who are still interested, it’s not too late! Please see Mrs. Jones for an application form. Please return your form to her by Friday.
Grade 6/7 Boys Volleyball:
Practice tomorrow from 3:15 - 4:15 in the gym. Game Feb. 28 at Colquitz Middle School (away game; please ask your teachers to be dismissed at 2:45). Optional volleyball game today at NSMS, after school.
