The LC is closed in advisory, lunch and recess today
Teachers a reminder that there is a Learning Over Lunch on Freshgrade in the LC today at lunch.
Division 10 please arrive right at the bell for your block 4 Dramatec class so that we can leave right away for our excursion.
LIFETOUCH PHOTO ORDERS:
Please return your Lifetouch photo order to your classroom teacher by October 17th.
TECH CREW:
Your permission forms for the October 21st Training Day are overdue. They need to be returned to Mr. Caley or the Office as soon as possible so that we know numbers for the pizza!

SOCCER:
Grade 6/7/8 Girls' soccer practice Monday, Oct. 17, 3:15-4:00 pm.
Grade 6/7 Girls play at NSMS on Oct. 18, and Grade 7/8 Girls play at Gordon Head Middle School Oct. 19 at 4:20pm (but this may change; please keep an eye on the announcements).
Congratulations to the boys 7/8 soccer team on showing a lot of grit against a very good team yesterday after school. The boys have practice on Thursday after school, 3:15 - 4:00, and a home game on Monday. Bring your soccer gear!
BOOK CLUB:
Book club meeting today at the start of the eating period in the Resource Room. Please bring your lunches and your books.
CROSS COUNTRY:
There is a Cross Country Meet tomorrow at Lambrick Park. GO HAWKS!
BASKETBALL:
Any grade 6/7 girls interested in playing basketball there is a meeting today in room 201 (Mazzocchi) after the eating period.
Grade 8 girls basketball practice Wednesday after school at 3:15. See Mrs. Timmermans if you can not attend.
Grade 7 girls basketball our first practice is Thursday morning at 8 am in the gym. If you are in band please let Ms Sousa know you will be dismissed from basketball at 8:45 to go to band so will be arriving a little late. If you are unable to make the practice please see Mrs. Johnson.
Grade 6/7 boys basketball practice is this Thursday Oct. 13 from 3:10-4:15.
