Week 2
CANTEEN:
The canteen will be closed on May 19th, 25th, and 26th.
TRACK & FIELD:
Not only were NSMS amazing athletically at the Track and Field Meet at UVic yesterday, but they were also polite and respectful to all volunteers and event officials. All of your coaches are very impressed with your efforts!
There is a practice after school today and there will be a high jump practice tomorrow morning. Also, there will be a practice at Parkland (specifically for the 4x100 runners but for any throwers and jumpers, too) after school on Friday from 3:20-4:15.
BADMINTON:
Drop-in badminton today after school from 3:15-4:15 in the gym. Special guest DJ Reggie will be be spinning the disks.
SIDNEY SCHOOL SPRING FLING:
Sidney Elementary is looking for volunteers for their annual Spring Fling on Friday, June 3rd. If you would like to help out please sign up at the office.
GAUSS MATH TEST:
Congratulations to the 78 students who wrote the Gauss math contest last week. Students who would like to see their results should see Ms. Carruthers in Room 208 at lunch or recess this week. Results will not be publicly posted.
FLOOR HOCKEY:
There is drop in floor hockey today at lunch for grade 8s. First come - first served.
