Week 1
PEER HELPERS:
Grade 8 Peer Helping Students please attend an important peer helping meeting on Friday, April 29 with Mrs. de Klerk in the Resource Room during Advisory.
CANTEEN:
Tuesday, Rotini Pasta with tomato sauce, garlic bread, juice and treat, volunteers are Tyesha and Megan.
Wednesday, Beef Taco Bowls and Cheese Quesadillas, volunteers, Emma and Samantha. Thursday $5.00 hot dog combo.
TRACK & FIELD:
A reminder to all athletes of the practice after school today at Parkland. Please be ready to go for 3:30. Also...high jumpers...your practice is at NSMS on Wednesday at 8:15 am. Please make sure to return your forms before the first Meet at UVic on May 5th.
RUGBY:
Grade 6/7 boys under 105 lbs rugby players have a meeting today. Bring your lunches to Mr. Cooper's room to discuss rides to Royal Oak
Grade 7 rugby team: Away game on Wednesday at Glanford Middle school. Ask your teacher to leave class at 2:40, get changed and meet in Mr. Greaves' Room. Bring your jersey, mouth guard and cleats!
Let's Talk Science Challenge:
Teams need to meet with Mrs. Jones at lunch on Wednesday. Please come to room 209 at 12:05 - bring your study materials.
YAC:
Youth in Action members will be selling Vow of Silence stickers at lunch and recess today in the Atrium. They are $2 each and every cent will go to Free the Children to support less fortunate children in countries all around the world. The Vow will begin at 9:38 on Friday morning and will conclude at 3:08.
