Week 2
VOLLEYBALL:
Grade 6 boys volleyball practice Thursday at 8am.
VICTORIA ROYALS:
There are coupons for a free student ticket to the Victoria Royals Hockey games on Dec. 27 and 28th. Students are welcome to come and pick up a few tickets at lunch or recess from the office.
CANTEEN:
Wednesday,
Chicken Caesar Wraps, Mini Cheese Pizzas, volunteers are Tyesha
and Colten.
Thursday's $5.00 combo Hotdog, Chips, Juice and a
Christmas Cupcake.
CANDYCANE CAFE:
Eggnog, Hot Chocolate, Gingerbread Men, Nanaimo Bars, Snickerdoodles, Gluten Free Treats, Shortbread....Well,now that we have your attention...don't forget to bring a loonie or a toonie to school on Friday to support YAC's Candy Cane Cafe. All of the proceeds will go towards Free the Children, a non-profit group that helps less fortunate children all over the world.
DODGE BALL:
So far, only 5 grade 6/7 and 7 grade 8 dodge ball teams have signed up. We need a lot more players!!!!! Hey did you notice that 'a lot' is 2 words and NOT 1! Sign up in the gym today. Bring your own pencil.
YAC:
Any Youth in Action member who is wanting to help out in the Candy Cane Cafe on Friday afternoon must attend a meeting in Ms. Wheatley's room after the eating period today.
