Morning Announcements for

Wednesday, October 29, 2014

Hawk's Clothing:

is for sale until the end of this week. You should try on a sample of any clothing you order to ensure the correct fit. Sizing samples are available at the office this week. All orders must be in by 3:08 on Friday.

Canteen:

Wednesday we will be serving Lasagna with garlic toast and Chicken Caesar Wraps.
Thursday's $5.00 combo Macaroni Cheese, juice and a special Halloween treat.

School Portraits: The Lifetouch student proof packages have been distributed to teachers and will go home with students today. The order deadline is Nov. 3rd. Please return the payment envelope to your home room teacher.

Choir: Just a reminder that there is a choir rehearsal on Thursday at lunch in the band room. We are still happy to have new singers join.

Band: There is a performance band rehearsal this Friday at 8AM. We still have plenty of room for new musicians who want a challenge and more playing time.

Lost and Found: Just a reminder that lost and found items are on display in the Atrium hall. All unclaimed items will be donated to Beacon Community Services after school on October 31st.

Grade 8 basketball players: there is a practice at 7:45 on Thursday morning and a practice at 3:15 after school on Friday.

We Scare Hunger!

Two more days to bring in your non-perishable food items, toiletries, and baby toiletries/food! The division who brings in the most items wins doughnuts! (But it will probably be Div. 15, let's be honest.)

The LC will be closed for both recess and lunch today.

Reminder of Pizza lunch on Friday.

Choices are ham and pineapple, cheese, pepperoni and pepperoni and bacon. It is helpful if kids could pay with money less than a $20 bill and if you know what you are wanting to order before it is your turn. So while waiting in line, please think about your choice.
