Playground Pals, with be setting up ping pong tables in the multipurpose room on Wednesday's and Friday'sat lunch.

Mr. Bond's grade 7/8 boys basketball team has a Jamboree at Selkirk School today after school. The following boys have submitted permission forms and have confirmed rides. They should politely ask their teachers for permission to be dismissed early.

Recently, there was a devastating typhoon in the Philippines that has resulted in the country being thrown into chaos. Many people have lost their homes and livelihood and are without the basic needs. Here at North Saanich, beginning today, we will be collecting loonies, toonies, or any type of cash to send to the people of that country. Your homeroom teacher will provide a collection jar and we hope that you will once again show your generosity. Whatever cash we can collect by Dec. 6th will be matched by our federal government. Show your global community spirit, North Saanich, and bring in coins to help the people of the Philippines.

There will be a meeting at lunch time today for any musicians interested in playing or singing in the Sidney Sparkles Parade which is on Saturday November 30th. You don't have to be a band student to play in the parade or sing, so come to the meeting today to get the music and hear the details. Mme Robillard thinks we have a float this year to ride on, so no walking!!
