Week 1

 

  • The grade 8 leadership group, playground pals, with be setting up ping pong tables in the multipurpose room on Wednesday's and Friday'sat lunch. Come on in after the eating period and check it out.

  • Congratulations  to Division 2 on winning the Gr. 6/7 intramural handball .

  • Gr. 8 FINAL handball  today at lunch Team #4  vs  Team #3.

  • Intramural  Gr. 8  and  Gr. 6/7 Dodgeball sign-up Thursday and Friday at lunch.

  • Canteen: Today's volunteers are Kassidy and Kenzie. Today's menu...Chicken Caesar Wraps, B.L.T cheddar Wraps and Rotini Pasta with garlic toast.
    Thursdays volunteers are Karla Cumming and Michael Head. Thursday's $5.00 lunch combo Macaroni and cheese, chocolate chip cookie and juice.

  • Homeroom teachers:  please have your students bring all food items down to the atrium at 9:30 a.m. this morning.  Thank you for collecting 3035 items (over 3X the number of food items collected last year in the WE SCARE HUNGER campaign!).  We will celebrate the winning class at next Monday's assembly

  • YAC members:  come to the atrium in your purple "Dream Big" shirts at 9:45 this morning for a group photo. Block 1 teachers:  please excuse YAC members between 9:45 and 10:00. 

  • GRADE 8 GIRLS BASKETBALL IS CANCELLED TODAY!

  • Are you interested in joining the NSMS swim team? First practice is this Friday from 3:45 - 4:30 at Panorama. See Mrs. Timmermans for details.

  • Mr. Bond's Gr. 7/8 basketball team must attend a meeting in Ms. Carruther's room (208) tomorrow at recess. Bring your permission forms.
