Smoothie Recipe
A healthy and easy snack!
Smoothie’s don't always need to have certain ingredients and measurements. As long as you have something frozen (such as fruit or ice), a liquid (juice, milk, water), and some yogurt, they will be tasty! I always throw in a banana for some sweetness and potassium.
Here is a yummy smoothy with hidden greens. Trust me- you won't taste the spinach or kale!
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 cup juice
1/2 cup frozen berries
handful of spinach
chunk of kale
extra liquid if needed
Procedure:
Put all ingredients into blender
Check that the blender is turned off before you plug it in!
Blend on high until all ingredients are combined
Pour and enjoy!
